If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, your order will automatically be refunded for the purchase amount minus 20% for loss of goods, as returned orders cannot be restocked.
In-Person pick-up is available if you live in the Savannah area or within 25 miles. The pick-up location is the parking lot of the Kroger on HWY 17/Ogeechee Road. The address is 5720 Ogeechee Road, Savannah.
A date & time will be arranged once your order is placed via email & agreed upon.
Once your order has been successfully logged with the carrier of your choice for delivery, Rejuve Jar is no longer responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. Please email email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you in locating your missing parcel, but it will be your responsibility to contact the carrier to locate your package. It is your responsibility to make sure that your address is correctly entered on your order. If your package gets lost or delivered to the wrong address due to the wrong address being entered at checkout, no refund will be given.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
During very warm weather, some products may soften or even melt during their travels or after their arrival while sitting outside on your warm porch or mailbox.
Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery, please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted products.
If you receive your product melted despite our efforts, no worries! The quality of the product isn't affected. Please understand that once the product melts, it will no longer be whipped, but more like a balm once cooled.
Simply place your product in the refrigerator to slightly harden and it will be good to go!
